a music garden; a garden that i can take anywhere, place it on my ears and enjoy its calming ambience. for nature-deprived folks (like me), it's awesome. wolftetsudo

The tracks from this on the original Obscure release in the mid-70s, particularly "All Day," really opened my ears as a composer (as did much of the rest of the discs on that label). They sound even better here, along with other tracks of theirs. The release also includes PDFs of several scores, which are a great resource. Joseph Zitt

As usual, Kirby manipulates various interwar records to fit a cavalcade of emotional states: blissful (B1, E8), tragic (D2, D5), frantic (E1, E6), and just plain horrifying (F3, G1, H1, K1). gjoe52
